I don't think this week's Where the Czech...? will be as difficult as last week's picture of the Vrchlabi chateau. With only a little over a month to the spring equinox, it shouldn't be too long before the streets and squares burst into colour like this again. Do you know where it is?

I'm sure I've seen this square before, but I can't for the life of me remember where.
It is Kromeriz, looking toward the Archbishop's palace.

Yep, that's it. Well done.
For anyone who doesn't recognise it, Kromeriz is about 40km south of Olomouc. The yellowish tower belongs to the archbishops' chateau, which is among the Czech Republic's twelve UNESCO world heritage listed sites.
