I definitely dont call this easy! The only place I can think of is Rozmberk, but I am sure it isnt it!

Aha, it's Decin. Opposite the castle, up above the synagogue. I forget the name, but I once spent a very cold February day up there.
It is Děčín. Well done, Michael.
For anyone who doesn't know it, Děčín has the lowest altitude of any Czech city, (135m above sea level) and is located close to the Czech Switzerland National park.
The River in the photograph is the Labe just a few miles before it crosses the German border and becomes the Elbe.
