Looks that way so far doesn't it? ;-)
No idea although it for some reason reminds me of Krakow. Is this a wall to a garden or a fortification wall? Have a bit of an election hangover today, a very happy hangover.
On the other side of that wall is a formal rose garden and on this side is the approach road to a chateau. I took this photo on my recent cycle trip.

It is Děčín; Well done Mike!
That long wall leads from the city up to the chateau hill, and is known as the Dlouhá Jízda, (Long Ride)
A lot nicer than it's reputation suggests, I thought. The castle's nice and the view from the hill on the other side of the Elbe is worth the visit alone.
