This is a hermit carved into stone by Matthias Braun in the forests by Kuks. It is part of the Nativity Scene. Braun did the work around 1720-1730 for Count Sporck. You can see Sporck's coat of arms in the rock above the hermit's head.
That's a hermit? It looks more like Swamp Thing!
