Where? But bonus points for what, who and why? Anybody know?

This is a hermit carved into stone by Matthias Braun in the forests by Kuks. It is part of the Nativity Scene. Braun did the work around 1720-1730 for Count Sporck. You can see Sporck's coat of arms in the rock above the hermit's head.
