Not sure but it looks beautiful. Is this part of the stations of the cross? Lots of villages had these types of outside stations that were used during the Easter season. This is the third or fourth in a row I didn't recognize. Guess I need to head back and do some more research and exploration!
Ruda is an old mining village about halfway between Rymařov and Uničov and the whole area was part of the Sudetenland; the German-majority areas that were seized by Hitler's troops in 1938, with the agreement of Italy, France and England.
Cross Hill is the destination for a large Christian pilgrimmage every year on the first weekend in August.

Hmm... one of the random walks I took while in Telc ended up on the top of a hill with religious statues in varying states of decay. Is this it?

Well, it's still a bit early for hints, I think ;-)
I think it is cross hill (Křížový vrch) near the village of Ruda u Rýmařova.
Well done Jay, that's it exactly.
