it looks kinda familiar - but i'm not sure enough to guess.

Nice new header, by the way.

It is a part of the country that a lot of people pass through, even if they don't stop. I got there by bicycle, so I'm not sure if you can see this building from the train...

This is tough, I love sgraffito but don't recognize the building. I will guess Litomyšl because you included close up pictures of some interesting sgraffito in your newest post and a previous post on Litomysl.

Nice try, detective Svec ;-) but it's not Litomyšl.

Well done el capitan, reckon you've got 'em stumped this time!

I'm going to say Trebic. Because it's my backup.

It looks like everyone is stumped, but that's not quite true. I'm giving this week's point to Esigodini. This is part of an email he sent a couple of days ago

'Nelahozeves' Do I sense an article on the Lobkowicz family coming up? I worked for a year for their brewery in 1995-96. Many of the “Nela” pictures were then at the Vysoky Chlumec castle and we used to run combined brewery and art tours – lots of fun, but probably not the best combination.Nelahozeves chateau is north of Prague beside the Vltava River.

Composer Antonin Dvorak was born and spent his childhood in Nelahozeves and his family home is open to the public as a museum.
