Where the Czech...? #77

Does anybody know where and what this building is? And what it has inside of which there are only four or five across the country?

Worth a guess, but it's not Trebon...

I'm not sure where it is, but is the special thing inside a three-headed chicken?

Is it a French castle in the English countryside from which you can taunt King Arthur? Thats about the best I can do with out a clue. Only 4 or 5 across the country, it must be where they keep the unattractive Czech women.

How about the castle at Budyně nad Ohří? There's a stuffed crocodile there and the only other one I know of is in Brno near the tourist information office

there's also an alchemists museum like the one in Kutna Hora..

It is the castle at Budyně nad Ohři. Well done Brett! I think that was the most difficult of the pictures I have left.

And it was the Alchemy Museum I was thinking of…There are also the big ones at Kutná Hora and Moravská Třebova and I believe there’s something connected with Alchemy at Most in Northern Bohemia, but I’ll look into that more when I visit in a few weeks.

That’s 3 to Brett (aka Komodo) now, but to make things fairer to people in different time zones, I’m going to return to publishing ‘Where the Czech’s at random times. Still on Fridays, but anywhere between 7am and 7pm Central European time…

Good Luck
