I thought it was Trebic but my Czech mother-in-law who has spent the best part of the last thirty years racing canoes along every river in Czech told me to stop being silly, that it was clearly somewhere in Western Bohemia!

It is Kadaň, on the Ohře river. in Western Bohemia.
