And every time I think it's an easy one, it takes ages to solve...:-)

I am also lost. It vaguely reminds me of a chapel I saw from the Prague-Olomouc train but I don't think the terrain was that rocky. Is this also in NE Bohemia?

This place can't be seen from that train...but it is in an area well known enough that I'm sure you've all heard of it, if not actually been there...

Happened to be there this summer. Mala Skala at Turnov, so called Czech Paradise. Great place, good music festival.

It is Malá Skala, just north of Turnov in the Český Raj (Bohemian Paradise). Well done.
Who played at the music festival this year?

Surely more than one hundred bands and singers, mostly Czech and Slovak. I've missed Lordi and Waltari. Kim Wilde was a mistake. My top 10? Tata Bojs, Support Lesbiens, Skyline, Miro Žbirka, Jiří Schmitzer, Mig 21, Kryštof, Sto zvířat, Horkýže slíže, Praguee Ska Conspiracy. The weather was great and the beer... Czech.

That's a pretty impressive lineup. Can't say I'm a fan of everyone on the list, but tata bojs and support lesbiens are always good live.
Is one of those first bands the crazy Finnish guys who play death metal while dressed like monsters...?
