This one is tough unless you have had a good guide who took you there. Is it Javoricko, a small Moravian town that was wiped out by the Nazi's in the last days of WWII? The memorial is from the Soviet era and reflects their artistic flavor. If I remember correctly there is a cave up and to the right in this picture that was discovered by a Wilem Svec (no relationship).
That's it exactly, Michael. Well done yet again. It was all decorated up for the anniversary of the massacre of the 5th of May, when this picture was taken. There's an inscription on one side that reads something like "For all eternity with the Soviet Union".
