My guess is Bouzov Castle.
Good guess Jay!
For anyone who doesn't recognise it, it is indeed Bouzov castle, birthplace of King Jiři of Poděbrady (according to legend). Bouzov village is about 40km west of Olomouc, 50km south of Šumperk and the upper towers of the castle are visible from the main Prague-Olomouc-Slovakia train line as it passes Mohelnice.
