Well that's Christmas over for another year. All we have to do now is enjoy New Year's Eve and jump back on the big merry-go-round to do it all again. Hopefully in the Czech Republic there'll be a bit more snow than there was last year. Anybody recognise where these mounds of the white fluffy stuff were seen...?

I haven't got a clue about this one. It's either a spa or a ski resort, but not one that I've been to (sober, anyway).
;-) *hic!
it´s PUSTEVNY houses built by Dusan Jurkovic, origins go to 1891

Well done Včelak and welcome to the 'Where the Czech' winners' circle ;-)
For anyone who's wondering, Puštěvny is a ski resort in the Beskydy mountains along the Slovakian border.
To find it on a map, look first for Rožnov pod Radhoštěm (where the huge outdoor museum of traditional wooden architecture is located) and then follow the road out of town to the east and turn off to the north. Tanečnice (Ballerina) is the name of the nearest peak.
See you next week...
captain, it is PUSTEVNY, not PUŠTĚVNY, erase the diacritis ;) but thank´s for the pic, it is great place.
Right you are, Včelak; Pustevny.
No wonder people don't understand my pronunciation ;-)
