This one's beyond me...it looks a bit like Loket but I'm sure it isn't. I'll have to hang on for the clue this time.
I don't know this one either. I thought maybe Nameste Na Hane but I don't think it's there either.
My first instinct was Loket, but looking at it...

Mikulov it is. The upper tower belongs to the chateau and the lower, stockier tower is the Church of St Wenceslas, which hides a small ossuary in it's crypt.
